Poddster shows your team how a great conversation is built, and your leader opens with why the day matters. Then small teams plan and record their own podcast episode against the clock, with two or three personal ice-breakers and two or three questions on your business and goals. The day ends with everyone watching the recordings together and voting for the best team. The Advanced package adds a 1-hour communication workshop at the start.
For 13 to 20 people, Essentials is S$4,500 at our studios or S$6,750 at your office, and Advanced is S$6,000 at our studios or S$8,250 at your office. Yes. We bring the recording set to you for groups of up to 20 people. Teams of up to 4 take turns recording with us while the others build their scripts. You'll need one large room for everyone, one smaller room for our recording set, a flipchart per team and a projector or large TV. For bigger groups, choose Poddster Studios.
From 8 to 40 people at Poddster Studios, and from 8 to 20 at your office. Package prices cover 13 to 20 people. Groups of 8 to 12 get a small-group rate, and bigger groups add crew. For more than 40 people, talk to us.
At our studios, Essentials runs 3.5 hours and Advanced runs 4 hours, including two 15-minute breaks. At your office, the length depends on your team size, because teams take turns recording. Our quote builder shows your exact run of show. Sessions run Monday to Friday.
Raw recordings of every team arrive the next working day. You can add the winning episode or all episodes fully edited, a 2-minute event reel, social clips and candid photography, so the day keeps working for internal comms and employer branding.
There's no cancellation fee. If your plans change, your full payment converts to Poddster credits, which you can use on any Poddster service on our website.
