Yes. A studio operator is included in every recording session at no extra cost.
Your operator:
- Prepares the studio and sets up all gear
- Runs technical checks- Monitors cameras, lighting, and audio
- Adjusts angles and levels during recording
- Offers on-the-spot guidance if you need help
Their job is to make sure your session runs smoothly.
If Poddster is handling your post-production, you’ll receive your edited episode through a Frame.io download link once your edit is complete.
If you are not using Poddster’s editing services, we will send you a Google Drive link with all your raw audio and video files on the next working day. The link stays active for 7 days, so we recommend downloading everything as soon as you can.If you would like us to store your files for longer, you can add Poddster Cloud for S$68. This keeps your raw files stored with us for up to 6 months. To activate storage, you’ll need to sign a short personal data hosting waiver as required under Singapore regulations.
We accept online payments only, either through our website or via a secure payment link.
Sessions and services must be paid in advance. Cash payments are not accepted. You can also use Paynow.

We also offer the region’s first podcasting masterclasses and run PodClub, Singapore's biggest community for podcasters. Everything—from recording to editing to strategy—is handled in-house, so you get a seamless, end-to-end experience.
Capacity depends on the studio you choose:
- Iris, Nest, Soho, Exec, Nova: 1–4 people
- Club: 1–2 people
Pricing stays the same no matter how many people are on set.
All Singapore studios can handle solo recordings and interviews.
For different setups:
- Solo or 1 guest: Club is ideal, but any studio can manage this.
- 2–3 guests: Iris, Nest, Soho, Exec, and Nova work very well.
Yes. That’s the whole point of having multiple studios.
You can either:
- Pick a specific studio based on the look you like, or
- Choose your date and time first, then select from the studios available.
Our studios are designed for seated recordings by default, but we can accommodate standing setups.
Please mention this in your booking notes so we can prepare the studio layout in advance.

All equipment is included in your booking.
All Singapore studios include 3 cameras as standard.
You can upgrade to 5-camera recording for S$75 per additional camera.
Yes. Every Poddster studio is professionally sound-treated and designed for high-quality audio and video podcast recording.
Yes. Wireless microphones are available on request.

Our Exec studio in Singapore has a screen that is usually used to show branding or graphics. If you want to connect a laptop or slides, please contact us so we can review your needs and confirm the setup.
In some special cases, we have allowed creators to bring their own gear for very specific or large productions. This usually comes with an additional fee and requires planning.
If you’d like to do this, please contact us with details so our production team can review your request.
Yes. We offer live mixing, where the operator switches camera angles and syncs audio and video while you record. This creates a light edit in real time and is ideal when you need a faster turnaround. Recording + Live Mix costs S$318 per 1-hour session.
Yes. We support remote guests through Riverside for S$75 per session.
Live streaming for webinars and virtual events is available at S$219 per session.
A 1-hour recording session costs S$248.
This includes all gear, up to four microphones, three cameras, lighting, a studio operator, and your raw audio and video files.
Pricing is the same across studios within each city. Your total depends on:
- Which base recording service you choose
- Any add-ons you include (live mix, extra cameras, editing, social clips, etc.)
Yes. All prices are shown when you click any Book Now button.
For example, a 1-hour recording session for S$248 includes:
- Full access to the studio
- All cameras, mics, lighting, and equipment
- A professional studio operator- Raw audio and video files
- Seating for up to 4 people (depending on the studio)
Yes. We offer bundles with multiple sessions at a discounted rate. Visit booking.singapore.poddster.com to see current bundles and pricing.
For post-production clients:
- File upload: within 24 hours- First cut of your episode: within 5 business days
- Final cut: within 3 business days after feedback
For recording-only clients:
You’ll receive your download link on the next working day.
- Standard Episode Edit – S$216 per episode
- Standard Highlights – 3 clips for S$216 or 6 clips for S$310
Yes. We can handle full post-production for ongoing podcast series and bigger projects. The most cost-effective way is to use our bundles or packages, which include multiple sessions and edits.
Yes. You’re welcome to bring small props or branded items, and we can place them on the set for you.
If you need a more complex setup with larger items or heavy customization, please contact us first. Extra setup time and fees may apply.
We generally cannot build fully custom sets inside our existing studios. However:
- We can explore building a custom set at a remote location if you have a venue or need help sourcing one.
- You can review our existing studio designs; if one is close to your vision, we can look at light customizations to bring it closer to your brand.
Yes. Teleprompters are available at S$49 per 1-hour session.

- Select your base recording service.
- Add the number of people on camera and your session duration (minimum 1 hour).
- Choose your date and time from the calendar.
- Add any extras like editing or highlights.

Yes. Visit the Studios page on our website to see photos and videos of each studio and get a feel for the look before you book.
Our studios are popular, so we recommend booking as early as you can to secure your preferred studio and time.
In some cases, same-day bookings are possible, but not always guaranteed. As a rule of thumb, try to book at least 24–72 hours in advance.
You can cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your scheduled start time.

Parking is available at Frontech Centre via gantry. Please park on Level 2.

Yes. Before your session, you’ll receive clear emails with Google Maps links and directions. You can forward these directly to your guests.
Yes. All Dubai studios are designed for:
- Video podcasts
- Interviews
- Reels, Shorts, and other social content
- YouTube videos
You can record solo or with up to 3 guests/co-hosts, depending on the studio.
All Singapore studios can be used for business podcasts, but: Exec, Nova, and Club are the top choices for corporate teams
