We have several beautifully designed and fully-equipped studios in our Bukit Merah location where a growing community of content creators come to record their podcasts.

What is included in all your packages?

All our packages include 4x Shure SM7dB mics, a RodecasterPro Audio Mixer, one professionally sound treated room, and a studio operator to handle all the technical aspects of your recording. After the recording you receive your raw files or you can use our premium postproduction services to edit your episodes and social media content.

When do I need to arrive on the day of recording?

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled session to ensure you have time to get set up and comfortable.

What is the role of the studio operator?

Our studio operator is there to ensure that everything runs smoothly during your recording. They will help with technical setup, monitor the recording, and offer support throughout the session.

How do I receive my files at the end of the session?

In case Poddster is handling the post production you will receive your fully edited content via a download link.
In case you are not using Poddster post production services, there are a few options you can choose from:

1. Your files will be shared with you via a download link. Download link will be active for 7 days. This service is free of charge.

2. If you prefer Poddster to store your raw for longer, please subscribe to our one time subscription for Poddster Cloud at 68$ that would keep your data with us for up to 6 months, and sign a personal data hosting waiver with us.

Is there parking on site?

Yes, Frontech Center has gantry parking available. You can also top-up your motoring card onsite, ask our staff for directions to the top-up machine.

What if I am bringing a VIP guest?

We offer a VIP service that includes private green rooms, catering, and other amenities to ensure your guest feels comfortable and taken care of. Please contact us in advance to discuss your specific needs.

What is 'live mixing'?

Live Mixing is the process of creating an edit WHILE an episode is being recorded. This solution is perfect if you have a tight production schedule and require no adjustments after a session is concluded.
