Pricing and Packages

What does a standard recording session include?
Engineer-run studio recording with broadcast mics, cameras (set-dependent), live monitoring, and studio lighting. Raw files are included via Google Drive on the day (or bring your own drive for same-day copy). Editing and highlights are optional add-ons.
How much is recording?
Recording: S$248.00 per hour
How much is Recording + Live Mix?
Recording + Live Mix: S$318.00 per hour
How much is Recording + Professional Edit?
Recording + Professional Edit: S$464.00 per session
How much are professionally taken photos?
Session Photos: S$49 per session
How much is the teleprompter?
Teleprompter: S$49 per session
How much is additional camera?
Additional camera (1 extra camera): S$75 per session.
How much are editing services?

Booking and Payment

How do I book a session?
Book and pay in advance on our website to confirm your slot. For custom packages or high-value invoices, we can issue a payment link or accept bank transfer.
What payment methods do you accept?
Online card (credit/debit) by default. For scoped corporate/high-value orders, payment link or bank transfer is available. No cash on-site.
Can I reschedule or cancel my booking myself?
Yes—use your account to reschedule/cancel within the policy windows (see Cancellation Policy).
What are your operating hours?
Monday–Friday, 10:00–18:00. Sessions outside these hours (including Saturdays and Sundays) are subject to availability and a 20% off-hours/weekend surcharge.

Turnaround and Delivery

How fast do I get my raw files?
You’ll receive a Google Drive link on the day of your session. Initial syncing can take time; during peak periods, full uploads can take up to 2 weeks. Links remain active for 10 days.
Can I get files immediately after recording?
Yes—bring an SSD/hard drive and the operator will copy files at wrap-up for instant access.
What’s the turnaround for edited episodes?
Typical edits return within a few business days after we have all assets. Rush is available on request (subject to availability and scope).
How long do you keep files available?
Google Drive links remain active for 10 days, then files are deleted.

Studios and Equipment

Where are your studios located?
All 6 sets are located at 15 Jln Kilang Barat, #04-02, Singapore 159357
How many guests can be on camera?
Set-dependent. All sets (except Club) seat 4 people. Club seats 2. 
Do you have a teleprompter?
Yes—S$49 per session.
Do you support multi-camera recording?
Yes—S$75 per session.
What equipment do you use?
Shure MV7/SM7B/SM7dB mics; Sony FX3/FX30 cinema cameras; Rodecaster Pro II mixer; Blackmagic ATEM Mini Extreme ISO; studio lighting (Godox/Neewer/Aputure); teleprompter.

Editing and Highlights

Do you offer editing/post-production?
Yes—Standard and Signature edits, plus post-production packages by duration (10–180 minutes).
Do you create reels/highlights?
Yes—Standard reels and 3-pack highlight options (Standard or Signature).
Can you edit remotely recorded episodes?
Yes—send your files and we’ll handle cleanup, mix, branding, pacing, and delivery.

Policies

What is your cancellation and refund policy?
≥ 48 hours before: Full refund.
8–48 hours before: 50% credit to your Poddster account.
< 8 hours before: No refund/credit.
Is there a weekend/off-hours surcharge?
Yes—20% surcharge for sessions outside 10:00–18:00 or on weekends (subject to availability/confirmation).
What if I arrive late?
Please arrive 15 minutes early. Your booked time is your session time; late arrival reduces recording time. Extensions aren’t guaranteed due to tight schedules.
Can you store my props/equipment?
No—no on-site storage. Bring only what you can take with you the same day.
Can I change the setup on the day?
Same-day setup changes aren’t guaranteed and count against your booked time. Custom setups should be requested in advance for approval/scheduling.
What’s your no-show policy?
A 50% charge may apply when a client misses a booking without timely cancellation.

On-Location and Remote

Do you support remote guests?
Yes—studio-quality remote interviews are supported. We’ll scope and schedule your setup.
Can you record on-location at our office/event?
Yes—on-site production is available by quote.

Promotions and Bundles

Do you offer discounts or first-time promos?
Yes—seasonal promos run from time to time. Check the current offers page or ask support for today’s deals.
Do you have bundles or memberships?
Yes—prepaid bundles reduce your per-hour rate and unlock priority scheduling. 

File Access and Formats

How will my files be delivered?
By default via Google Drive link on the day of your session (active for 10 days). Bring your own SSD for same-day copy if preferred.
Do you deliver separate audio and video tracks?
Yes—multitrack capture is available where supported by the set/equipment. Ask us to confirm for your chosen studio.
